From the A149 (King's Lynn to Hunstanton) road, take Station Road into Snettisham village (The Old Granary is on the corner). Old Coal Yard is the 3rd turning on the right. Drive past the new houses and onto the unmade lane to your left, and the Watermill will be right in front of you.
